Our Story
Born in a Crisis. Built to Last.
When the Covid-19 pandemic closed borders across Southern Africa in 2020, thousands of families found themselves cut off — unable to send groceries, medicine, clothing, or essential goods to loved ones in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, and Botswana.
Xborder was founded in that moment of crisis. We saw a gap that needed filling: a reliable, affordable, and honest courier service that understood the cross-border corridor — the paperwork, the customs requirements, the communities on both sides.
Today we operate 13 depots across South Africa and four destination countries, moving thousands of parcels every month for individuals, families, and small businesses. Our promise has never changed: your parcel, handled with care, delivered with integrity.
